I know that now we can enable streaming so that a server can stream data from the server to the client without having the client load the entire game. So why not do the same when editing or running from a server or well editing in Studio? File Streaming would be a great way to make creating large places a lot easier to do without overloading Studio or the vertex buffer (Reserved memory for the points that are used for connecting surfaces) and would also make it easier on the Roblox server (not having to keep the whole place file open). This option would not be the best option for all operating systems. Just because some computer's have slower IO, read and write speeds. But for the computers that can handle this it would definitely help out (testing would have to be done to see if this would be a worthy feature to add).

No. Bandwidth. No support.

File Streaming would not take up any bandwidth at all. It would be done on the server that hosts the place and therefore would not have to use any bandwidth to access the file.
