No, there are other locked functions and methods that would be more useful than this thing that is pretty much only useful for error catching (and a white-listed script already does this "Remote Error Monitoring System") and script builders.
More people support scripting threads when you tell people what your suggestion actually does.
So, What is a ScriptContext.Error? Why would you want to use it?
