Can already be done. No support.
Rotate it until the front of the SpawnLocation faces which way you want them to spawn... |

It works. And can't you just script the camera angle and once the player spawns they are scripted in one direction. Even I can do that. |

Make a script which replicates death and respawning then implement this yourself. A bonus of doing this is more control over location of respawn, additional effects occuring upon respawn, more control over HOW they respawn (Use a special pre-created character, for instance) and control how long it takes them to respawn. Its not hard. But for simplicity, its probably best if you do not use an actual SpawnLocation but rather just a series of parts in a model or given a special name or something. |
