Hello news reporters!
I am in the process of reforming RAI. Things will change such as there being more directore's, and many more changes. Please read on if you are in RAI.
First of all, the 'Directore' rank in RAI is going to be different. It will have a max of 4 people on the rank at any one time. It will be similar to the 'Commander' Rank in the Carabineri. The Directore will have less power, and they must work together.

If you are a directore, you are not allowed to exile anyone without the Minster of Media's permission. If you exile someone without being told so, you will be immediately exiled.
The Directores are expected to recruit often and to host meetings. They are also expected to approve a reporter's writing.

Now to the common reporter or staff member:
All of you are expected to write reports and publish them onto the ITA shout.
You are all expected to join the AP group.
Do not ask for a promotion.
If you are inactive, you will first be given a warning, and if nothing improves, you may be exiled.
How to write a report:
All reports are expected to be in perfect grammar. It is also expected that a report is at least two paragraphs long. You can either write a report on a forum post OR YouTube.
Be active and write reports often. If you fail to do so, you will be exiled or demoted.
