Robloxians should be able to submit offers that the owners of the hat can see. If they want, they can accept. So you can submit an offer for a hat of lets say 2,000. You get offline and when you come back, you see somebody accepted your offer and now you have the hat. It would make people who need money quick able to sell and those who want an item, get it easier in their price range. Comments?

When you go to the hats page, if you own it, you see a table of the top 5 offers. You can select one and the trade is successful. This would be beneficial in many ways.
