We should have a small little menu just about the menu button in the lower left corner. And when you open this menu you can switch between these options whisper, team chat, and all. Whisper would let you say a private chat to a selected user in game. Team chat would let only people on your team see what you are saying. ( I know there is already a team chat option. But this would make it easier than saying %%) And when "all" is selected, everyone in the game can see what you are chatting. I am sorry if this has already been suggested/over suggested.
