Hmmm... I just realized something else wrong with the thread. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you're trying to change how people write suggestions in the first half of the topic.
You don't have to explain Destructive Criticism as much as you did. No matter how well you prove how bad it is, it won't convince as many people as it could.
If you define Constructive Criticism well and prove that it works, that will be enough. It immediately makes us change our minds, and if anything contradicts it, our previous beliefs become the enemy.
These are my common guidelines to change competent person's opinion...

- State the problem
- Describe the problem
- Give solution
- Describe the solution
- Prove the solution* (How it worked in the past, or how it works already.)
- Wait for Reply
* Sometimes you don't need to.
