Interesting graphic glitch

imgur/WfniWB7.jpg The building at the top should be a flat wall, also entire square should be full of water, but instead the water seems to be bunched up in one point. Also; I do not have streaming turned on.

What DO people use as their layout? I have, top to bottom; left to right: Basic Objects, Script Performance; Main Window, Output; Explorer, Properties.

I have two monitors. I have Studio at almost-full-size on my right monitor (my largest) while i have the menu thingies on my left, on the smaller screen.
