ROBLOX Need to start incorporating IP bans for some people.

Why is this still going on? It's been over a month and I STILL see exploiters hopping around games and ruining maps. Zelios ended up perma-banning 15 people one day from the trade hangout due to exploiting. If you can't stop them from exploiting, make the consequences more severe. People gaining illegal access to the game by exploit or cheating is viable to an IP ban on a lot of other online games. They are continuing to do it because they know they only get a small ban or termination on an alt. They know as long as their main account isn't involved, they will exploit. If they get caught exploiting from the IP address they regularly use, and the player has continued after constant bans/warns; that player need to be removed. There is NO EXCUSE for why this cant be implemented. It's been a problem for too long. Exploiters are using elevated permissions to access game logic that is hidden, and it's also become an issue where they are threatening people and using it to verbally assault other players. They will find a way, just because it's fun to pick on other players. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. ROBLOX, IP bans NEED to be implemented.
