Update Personal Tools and ideas for Navigation Bar in 2014

Personal Tools: When your building, I think you should upgrade the tools so that you can add decals, use the new textures, Delete multiple blocks at one time but only for admins(in the game[when your using add block tool, you can drag and hold your mouse down and add more, why not for delete tool?]) --------------------------------------------------------- Navigation Bar: So we all know the navigation bar is going to black. I think we should have the option to change the color and be able to add some move-able or non move-able pictures. And it will cost at most 20 tix. Please support

1. Just use studio? 2. I like this idea, maybe not 20 tix, maybe 5 or 10 tix. This would not impact the server load all that much, as where the Changing your name does. But, I love the 2nd Idea.

can we have dynamic lighting tools? we need them or you just add them with the configure too... whatev. We need it. so I can edit dynamic lights in build mode on my place.
