Well because you lead CR I can see that you would be biased, but I ask that you see from both perspectives.
These reasons are my opinions only.
From what I know when I was in CR, it is a dictatorship. I find that bad in a clan. A clan should be a democracy, or a communism based rule. Power to the people, know what I'm sayin'? You being leader, it seems all power goes to you and only you weigh in on decisions. This really showed when you created Supreme Mayhem. You went over strict battle plans and killed anyone who got your question wrong, instead of politely correcting them. A clans true power is it's people and only the leaders reputation. If the leader has a bad reputation, as you do, it makes the clan as a whole harder to succeed.
TheHarlequinsDemise goes AFK almost every event.
FeelTheBurnBro is the worst and most horrible leader on ROBLOX, ever.
Shadow is horrible at making decisions.
Vectic, or Blackpanther12345, is probably my favorite HR including you. |

Some of things you've said Seal are actually good points, such as members should be allowed to vote on things. However, I only agree with that to an extent. I don't think members should pick members of the HiCom or who we war with, due to the fact I've seen clans try and fail at that and HiCom voting with members are always popularity contests, which means the lesser man gets in and the better HR stays out simply due to who's funner to be around. And do you think members should vote on our allies and enemies? Opinions would be nice, but voting would be a horrible idea.
I'd also like to add that iRel the HiCom and myself have spoken extensively on what needs to be fixed, and everything will be done in due time.
