A dispute over an SS agent who was punished by some authority in the administration (idk the name) occured, and the SS agent came to peartime and told him what happened. So pear led the US congress and himself (he was in the supreme court) to the Whitehouse, to try to get the guy impeached. It didn't happen so a snowball affect happened, and now the congress/pear were going for ijokers (presidentmarshalls) and the vice president's impeachment too. So ijoker wouldnt let that happen to himself, so he claimed the government was "shut down". then since he's not man enough to deal with his own problems, as usual, he tries to make me force an apology out of pear. not happening. Also Ijoker claims he gave away OFF to a friend, yet he won't name who it is. This is entirely false, and ijoker still has control of it. Special RAI news report.

For the first time, I don't blame RAI. You guys were simply misinformed. Special knows little of what happened, because she wasn't even there; she was always inactive once she made her France. Peartime came to D.C. after a couple of Congressmen were angry that a Secret Service Agent, who was already on probation, was fired. Peartime swears he came to "solve" the crisis, yet when the Deputy Defense Secretary, Solyx, came after hearing reports that Peartime was making it ten times worse, Peartime immediately was rude. Let me note that Pear's bursts of anger, immaturity, and more, are not uncommon. It happened in my France, it happened on Sunday against CommMillard in an EU case (against France for spying on countless nations), and it happened here. Pear's Supreme Court appointments were also strangely bent on just impeaching me, not actually focusing on their jobs (one of them being Hormazd, who was especially bent on these things). The Congress were out of line as well. Yes, there was word of impeaching me (yet there were no grounds to, but if I was, I'd step down), but it never got anywhere. I gave a speech and Press Conference to address the situation, and afterwards all of Congress were at my feet apologizing for their rash actions. I accepted it, however, OFF was informed of Peartime admin abusing the USA group in response to getting angry (he demoted some top people in anger). I will say this, OFF was pissed off. The concept of OFF is just like TFF; an account to keep America safe from theft and corruption. He has the power to remove people if corrupt or necessary reasons like treason. Rarely, does he do this. This was the first time he directly intervened. Why? Because Peartime demoted Solyx (a Cabinet) in rage. There was no official impeachment, and if there was, I would have let it go through. That's how a government works. Secondly, Special doesn't want to believe I gave OFF away to a friend (yes I have access for DC stuff, but I no longer own it), simply because I refuse to disclose the owner's name to anyone (he has requested this). No, I will not tell you guys. I keep secrets entrusted to me, and I respect peoples' privacy. SpecialLegacy has proven over the weekend that she is incapable of doing good foreign affairs (she rage-quit the EU after being found out for spying on everyone, she constantly rages on her profile, and more). Her staff are immature, and she, is immature. This is why the United States was deciding whether we'd terminate relations starting Sunday. Special leaving the US, and Peartime screwing with our government and its people, finalized that decision. While SpecialLegacy wants to say she terminated relations, I have the State Department audits to prove it. This is my last word on the topic; I have a nation to run. Thank you! Marshall, you are simply paranoid. It was YOUR job to appoint the Justices, but you allowed me to appoint them off of applications, which is what I did. And demoting some top people? You mean Solyx, the man that provides the big bucks for America. I demoted him for repeatedly banning, kicking, and crashing me for trying to solve an issue. I admit, I was mad at the time. I was called by Congressman Putt to solve the situation, yet when I got there, everyone was in rage. Then Solyx got there, also trying to figure out the problem. We both met with Kriyi yesterday to discuss the problem and he stated that he asked calmly for the reasoning for the issue first, then raged when nobody answered. I'd like to point out nobody answered him first due to the fact that we were already trying to see what Exfil's side of the story was. When he raged, I told him it was none of his business. That then escalated to a bigger fight and that's when the kicking, etc. , occurred. Out of rage, I wrongly and ONLY demoted him then repromoted him a few minutes later because I knew what I did wasn't right. If you want evidence, look through the audit log.

The three of you, Marshall, Peartime, and SpecialLegacy are all proving one thing. You are intent on saving your own behind. You are all supposed to be serving the people. You should be compromising, rather attacking one another. Ask yourselves, are you fulfilling your duty? Or are you simply trying to save your reputations? As I said before, you all should be compromising. Compromise is what created the government of the US, and yet, the only thing apparent in this argument is intent to take out the competition. You three should be leading your people/employees to success, instead of conflict. And on another note; this is ROBLOX. A game. Learn to play how you want to.

Let's not lie to the public Pear. If I need to, I will show the audits of you demoting and re-promoting him. There was a 15 minute timespan between the time when you demoted him, and promoted him. Now fifteen minutes is a long time to realize something that simple was wrong. It's also convenient that you now say you were wrong to demote him. People, there is no, "cover" up here. There is no "secret". I am not denying that Congress was thinking of impeaching me. I understand that. Yet, it got nowhere. After I gave a speech honoring MLK, and addressing the issues, asking people to get back to work for the American people, Congressmen apologized to me. The Supreme Court members simply went into a corner and continued to plot, rather then work for the American people. I shouldn't of given Pear the job of appointing justices, he obviously chose mediocre ones. Yes, even I apologized for the Government's lack of work that day. The government WAS shut down yesterday, because two of the three branches refused to work, and rather resorted to rioting. No, the Executive was not 100% innocent, but the Judicial and Legislative were far more into the wrong, than the right. If Justices and Congressmen simply want to get into the job so they can try to uproot the government, then they aren't right for the job. I focus on the people, and making sure we serve them. I'm not 100% innocent either, but it was not fair or right what happened yesterday. And now seeing France resort to trying to gossip about me and my nation with another nation (who nearly warred them, and broadcast them celebrating to Speciallegacy being bullied), really does sicken me. Maturity, organization, and success can be found anywhere, but it requires some diligence. Hello Friends of France, I am EBear917, the White House Deputy Chief of Staff, and I would like to clear the air to inform you of what really happened on that horrific day in which the government shutdown. Before we start, let me inform you of what led to the shutdown. On the date of Sunday, November 19, 2014, the Deputy Secretary of the Homeland Security released a Secret Service Agent for his inability to follow orders. (Keep in mind, the Agent was on probation). When a Congressmen heard about this from the fired Agent, he immediately resorted to confronting the Deputy Secretary. When he realized he made no progress, he called in the Chief Justice, your Prime Minister PearTime. PearTime immediately to question the Secretary harshly leading to the disruption of peace. In hopes to restore peace, the Deputy Secretary of Defense locked down the White House. Instead of cooperating with the lockdown, the Chief Justice decided to trespass on White House Ground. The led to him being punished by the White House Staff and Secretary. The Executive Branch has stated that the Deputy Secretary's actions were justified. It is the job of them to keep peace within the White House. Due to the actions of the Chief Justice and the Congressmen, they were temporarily banned from the White House. After hearing this information, they immediately tried to enter the White House. Of course, Secret Service kept them from entering. The Chief Justice and the Congressmen lined the White House to riot. The Secret Service did not assault them. We let them riot, but we did keep them out of the White House. The Government was shutdown due to the tension between the three branches of government. We want to help the people not hurt them. The Executive Branch tried to reason with them as PearTime stated, but while we were doing this, Congress and the Supreme Court had other ideas. They wanted to get the President and Vice President impeached so a new administration would come in. They constantly stated "(NAME) FOR PRESIDENT". The (NAME) was a Congressmen in the protest. Sadly, this was an attempt to get a President who would submit to what Congress needed. Yes, multiple branches were at fault, but the Executive Branch was justified in their actions. As stated in President Marshall's Press Conference, people acted unreasonable in this event. PearTime did abuse his power when he removed a Cabinet Member illegally. The Executive Branch has restored peace though. Congress has agreed to carry out their ban respectfully. Please do not be mistaken with the story. The Events you descirbe are false. The President was never going to be Impeached, Congress never had a vaild reason for Impeachment. Also, RAI before you send out another stupid report on soemthing you know nothing about be smart and don't send it. Also, All other Ro-Nations were not notified because this was a Problem for the WH, Not the rest of the Ro-World. If you were there, Like me, You would have seen the TRUE reasons and false claims being made. This is the Past, We are moving on.

President Marshall did not ask for our support. We responded out of our own volition. If you remember, I was there with the Secret Service during the event. Mr. Prime Minister, you're actions led to your immediate removal from office. You caused a cross-divisional conflict. It was not look lightly upon. This outstandingly false report will not be let go by.

EBear, you and your Executive Branch goons stick to YOUR side of the story without stating mine's, Putt's, the SS agent's, or Russo's. So don't even tell me I was entirely to blame. I came to DC in response to an agency dispute hoping I could settle it before it arose into a bigger issue. So don't dare say it's a false report, there are countless of other witnesses that can explain to you what happened. And I can assure you, their stories of the event will be very similar to mine.
