Group Name Change Feature

Just like the Name Change feature was a big hit, I think a "Group Name" change feature would be the same. There's a lot of groups, especially clans, that have been waiting for a feature like this. For example, leader of the "canadian army.", blocksniper - people think he made the name all lower case, and received a lot of flak for it. It was like that when he gained ownership, but can't do nothing about it. The Group Name change feature would fix that. If this feature would be added, I think it should cost more then a Name Change, I was thinking around 3-5K R$, or more. You don't want famous groups and clan's trolling.
