you do get some refund, if it is a "minor offense" they refund around 75 robux.

@Anna If you uploaded audio that are not open source or you do not own the rights to, then you would be committing a crime to upload the audio. Don't try to upload music that isn't yours or open source. No support.

I spent $400 robux just trying to get 1 of my audios to work I tried cutting out certain parts, changing the speed, mp3 and ogg, changing the pitch, changing the file name, changing the audio name, changing the audio description and NOTHING, absolutly NOTHING worked 1. I would like to see a list of what makes audios declined 2. I would like a refund 3. I would like to know why it was declined within 30 SECOND not to mention FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES

Honestly, I don't see why they wouldn't check to see if the audio file is acceptable, THEN charge players. It honestly doesn't make sense to me for them to charge us first, and then decide if what we want is doable or not. Support, even though I haven't had any issues with this.

If a audio clip is denied, they should be given a refund. It's the obvious thing to do. Also, the refund will encourage the developer to edit the audio to censor out the objectionable content and re-upload. Support Roblox wants your R$.
