I personally believe, if you deny an Audio File that someone spent 100 Robux on it should be refunded if denied. If that's any way possible, anyway. All my songs were clean and I went through all of them and found nothing wrong with them in my opinion, and I wasted three hundred robux just for them to be denied in literally ten minutes. |

While copyright issues could be why they were denied (oddly enough some copyrighted material still gets through), I can see why you're upset. I support this idea, if it gets denied at least give us a refund or a reason why it was denied.

Sometimes it's not entirely clear what is allowed and what is not (relevant: forum filter). Sometimes things that shouldn't be allowed slip past the filter.
Maybe the person that uploaded the audio didn't even know about copyright in the first place, considering the target demographic for this game is children. |

Some things AUTOMATICALLY get denied for NO ACTUAL REASON (I uploaded a totally transparent decal which got denied. I mean, seriously. Its just nothing!) |

The way I say it, if you attempt to abide by roblox regulations by uploading a totally clean song, that you went through personally yourself, you weren't doing anything wrong. It's just unlucky and you should get your money back. Or they at least shouldn't charge you until the song is actually approved. |

I suggest sending a PM to SlingshotJunkie. He's a brilliant mod, and you'll most likely get a reply.
Ask him why the audio files were denied.
As for the original idea, if there is bad content in a song it should NOT be refunded. But I see where you are coming from with songs that get denied without containing any offensive items. |

Well, there's also the rule where your audio needs to be clear. They want to hear the lyrics and know it's safe, and if it's lyrics they can't understand that's not entirely possible. I highly doubt it's from copyright issues unless you labelled it as something you produced yourself. I do agree you should be refunded to a point, but I would stick to musical audio just to be safe =) |

ROBLOX moderators already give partial, or full, refunds in some circumstances and should stay that way. If they gave complete refunds to everyone who's Audio was declined, there wouldn't be any penalty for going against the rules.
As stated by some people, you should contact a moderator asking for them to explain why something was declined. |
