How can you activate ur badges in ur own server??

How can you make your badges work so that other people can get them? I have no clue and i tryed useing Roblox Studio and noting really happen. Any advice?

You can make badges in the next to the configure options without entering the studio of a game, provided you have already made that image of the badge.
