Why does the studio sometimes crash when I highlight text?

I've posted a thread in Roblox studio and Help sub-forum. The last thing I can do is send a message to an admin or [email protected] to make sure the problem is at least known/being dealt with.

Happens to me too -- I've also had it crash when I highlight something in the command bar. If you thought ROBLOX was bad though, go check out the Creation Kit for Skyrim e.e

Mine crashes when I type something in command bar, and I have a terrible laptop so then I have to restart my computer and it's just really annoying. #nerdsunited

Never had this problem, running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. Could this be one of those really stupid obscure glitches where it somehow relates to the graphics card or something? I'm running an AMD Radeon 6950. I don't see WHY that would affect it, but it could I suppose. Does this happen every time you highlight text? If it's random then I may not have experienced it yet but I've been in studio a fair amount recently. i beat an elephant at poker ( ° ͜ʖ °)

Windows 7 My mouse slipped and I accidentally highlighted code and I accidentally dragged it onto something like the output or basic objects frame, and that is when a crash happened just now.

Studio has actually been working really well for me. I don't have this bug at all, I can't remember the last time it crashed, and guess what! It actually remembers my settings!!!! AW MAN THIS ISN'T WHERE I PARKED MY CAR

It's going to be one of those days... http://prntscr.com/2pk698 It seems that it crashes frequently only at certain points in time, and it's perfectly fine at other times. If I crash once, I'll keep crashing for a while, but after that while, it's perfectly fine, until I make something that takes really long without saving.

Now with the recent update, not only has Studio been crashing when I highlight text on a random basis, but also it just decides to freeze when I'm inputting text. It doesn't CTD -- it just freezes and doesn't respond. Is anyone else having the same, second problem?
