There Should Be Timers On All Items Going Off-Sale

If you noticed, not every item on the catalog has a timer before going off-sale. Why does Roblox do that? Please, do not say it's to increase rarity. Some of those items like the Chill Classic were dirt cheap and will most likely never go limited.
