make sure u have over 20gb on ur cpu to not lag that bad, or see if you have viruses, possibly you got your wifi from walmart

When you're in a game Click "esc" or "menu" and then click settings and put it on fastest instead of what ever the other thing it should be a slide bar thing is how u change it |

Though i can tell you one thing,
1. Press CTRL + ALT + DEL
2. Start task manager
3. Delete all the useless process running on your computer.
4. Download game booster
5. Should be less laggy
