My trade screen doesn't fit my computer

When i trade with another person for items, the screen to trade on doesn't fit my computer, so i can't click next or previous. How am i supposed to fix this, it drives me really nuts!

The size of the monitor depends on the make of the computer/laptop you have. I have an Acer Aspire V3-531, which has a decent sized monitor.

OK, thanks guys, I will someday get my back up desktop in my basement to work again so this problem can officially be over with for me.
