Add it. Go to "Allow a program through Windows Firewall" Click Change Settings. Click Allow another program... Click Browse Change the path to C:\Users\UsernameHere\AppData\Local\Roblox\Versions Click on RobloxStudioLauncherBeta.exe Click Open Click Add

Also try deleting everything in C:\Users\UsernameHere\AppData\Local\Roblox\Versions and running the Roblox installer again.

Try to allow acess in other firewalls too. Also, what antivirus and firewall you are using? If it doesn't work, do a scan on your pc. Maybe theres a malware stealing internet info.

probably an app data error. i once uninstalled roblox and there were files left from that application. when you install it again, roblox uses those same files that were left from the last uninstall.
