I think it's only bullying if they persist. In any case, if a ROBLOX user is bullying you, report that person.

If you are admin in-game, kick him (If you are raging or sad use these steps) 5. Step away from the computer 6. Take 3 deep breaths 7. Do a windmill 8. Make a pretzel by putting out your arms then cross them and hold palm to palm, pull thehands twords you 9. Do something else for 5-10 minutes

Something I want to point out is I have a feeling you have your own part in the bullying some way or another. Many people won't just randomly attack you online like that. I'm not saying there aren't people who won't I'm saying that some people will do it without reason, not all.
