the ability to rent land on other peoples games

i think it would be cool if we can rent land on other peoples games where the owner of a place can have the ability to let other people rent his land on his game for example the owner of the place can charge people 50 to 100 robux month to rent land on his game and if the person that renting the land does not pay all his models he put on the owners games will automatically be delete or become the owners models support ?

What purpose would that serve at all? Who wants a portion of space in a game when they can just buy the game itself?

I had a similar idea to this, which is what I think you're trying to say. My idea was to have "group reservations"- basically if a group wants to have a whole server to themselves, they'll pay for it, and will have a server open just for their group, and no one else can come in.if its like.my idea- then support.
