When a game has like 4,000 more thumbs down than the thumbs up, it should be removed and the owner will get a ban for 2 days. If the owner keeps making scam games with more thumbs down than the thumbs up, he will be IP banned. Support or add more ideas to this by replying.

This is an obvious no, and also obviously won't be implemented. The amount of dislikes does not at all determine if the owner made a "scam" game. Your argument is invalid.

@bumble An IP ban is a type of ban that prevents access from ROBLOX. So you can't go anywhere nor make a new account.

@Bumble Some IP Addresses change periodically, making the IP ban only temporary.
