Random Lags and a Water Terrain Glitch

So, whenever I play ROBLOX on this computer, there's always a problem. I guess you could say that this Windows 8 installation has helped performance for the most part. For one, I have random lags in games. My computer's specs are as follows: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 at 2.66 GHz 8 GBs of RAM 64-bit operating system and a relatively old graphics card, the G33/G31 chipset, GMA 3100 Other than the GPU, I'd expect really good performance. I notice in task manager, though, that the CPU doesn't exceed 55% at any time while playing ROBLOX, and my frame rate often dips below 30 FPS in ROBLOX. I also have a new terrain-water glitch. how old is your computer first of all lol

Fairly old, about 5 years, it had some pretty good specs except for, again, the GPU. It's the Dell Inspiron 545.

Ahh I remember when I had an inspiron. Try going through task manager and changing roblox player's priority that usually fixes random lag spikes for me.
