That's probably your network having problems loading. Just wait for a while don't try. Try going to less-laggy servers or less people.

The network seems to be fine, Fire Wall is fine, and it will not load any game.

Usually with new computers it takes time to adjust to new internet networks. It tends to take time maybe 2 weeks at the most for your computer's Ethernet chip to figure out how to use the internet at the most efficient way, so I'd just casually play for next 2 weeks.

I usually have pretty bad lag issues whenever I'm breaking in an new laptop. Of course it could have to due with compatibility issues. Have you tried hard-lining your computer to your modem/router?
