Is the SpawnCharacter with a morph a script?

People tell me it is. Others tell me its a process. Could someone explain? (How to make your character spawn with clothing)

game.Players.PlayerAdded:connect(function(player) player.CharacterAdded:connect(function(plr) --stuff, this works when the character respawns end
