game.Players.PlayerRemoving:connect(function(plr) --dosomethin end) Always worked for me,never didn't so I don't see why it wouldn't..

It should be alright when server functions properly, thought it might be unreliable when player looses connection, has random crash, server crashes, or something along those lines.
