The rules are as applies as seen below.

Each season will have a trade Deadline.
Season 1 Deadline will be on after the final 15th Game of 20 games or after the final 30th game of a 45 game season.
In order to trade the player must be with the team for more than 10 Games. *He/She are not obligated to have to participate in any of the games, Meaning if they didn't play any games that's ok they can still be traded*
To trade players must agree to let the coach trade them, If a player does not want to be traded he can than demand a release. After allowing the coach to trade the player, The coach must contact the other coach and agree on the deal. Both coaches then have to message the same Executive Board Member with the deal for who they want and who they would be getting. The EB Member then must transact the trade. If only one coach messages an EB Member, the EB member then must contact the other coach to see if the following trade was what they want or wanted.
EB must do their job and do what ever is asked if it's legally, If an EB Member is lacking or hasn't done a transaction within the course of 48 Hours consult the CEO and that EB member will be contacted and possibly fired.
