I can't judge Minnesota because I've never been there, but I can judge every state in the South because I've been to all of them multiple times in multiple areas of the state besides Arkansas. |

there are 3 parts to maryland:
1. preppy dc area
2. baltimore + ghetto area (lookin at you PG county)
3. redneckville (everywhere else) |

If you've only been to Houston/East Tx or Dallas-Fort Worth/North Tx, you can't judge the whole state at all. That's not even 1% of the state in land area. |

then you keep going east and you hit the city |

I think Minnesota is a decent place near St. Paul and Minneapolis, but upwards towards Canada it doesn't seem that great. |
