When you think of the south you think of dirty rappers and cheesy punch lines.... And it would be wrong if I went went around and started to deny.... This rap game is twist its demented in my mind.... The south is basically runnin everything don't even lie.... Even though it's mainstream it's where a lot of rappers rise.... Try to top the south but I doubt you'll even try..... I'm starting a controversy, it will most likely eat you alive.... Never been to the south? Here take a look inside..... The south may be dirty but you see us still shine..... Everything is going great for us, and of course we have pride..... I'm trying to start a controversy about who's the best.... The north or the south, but who will put a limit to this test... The south is already winning you might as well give it a rest... We killed you already but no need to get upset.... It's the rap game bro, and to the south is where it went.... Kendrick declared himself the king of New York.... These rappers aren't stepping up to the game, They ain't even on the court... And I'm calling out all of the Ro Rappers from the North You're letting us squash you, you're rap game is what you should assort. (Outro) There's the North And South..... Who's the best? Atlanta is a joke-rap city. Like really is there anyone taking Future or Migos seriously? Jeezy and TI are the only decent rappers there, and they're still bad. New York has new rappers who're actually good, and old ones who aren't either seriously bad or dead from drinking cough syrup.

I thought you were talking about Atlanta period. Waka Flocka is the best example of a god-awful rapper getting famous for nothing. I don't think anyone would want to listen to BOB after Airplanes. Drake is nowhere near being a southern rapper so I have no idea why you thought that was a good point. Most new (good) rappers are coming out of New York, Chicago (excluding the drill movement), and California. Atlanta can keep making corny trap records.

Define "running it". Just because one or two songs that were based in Atlanta got popular on Vine doesn't mean everyone's being influenced by, or even liking it for that matter.

By running it i Mean the south sells the most records. They get more radio airplay. Most of them aren't lyricists like trinidad James for example. But the south is where stars rise. We run it man!
