Should I buy a hard drive for my Xbox 360?

I have a Xbox 360 with 4 GB and a useless Kinect and the best this I can play on it is freaking Minecraft. My birthday is coming soon, should I? As well should I get a Xbox Gift card or something to buy a couple of arcade games for my system?

You can buy a 1028 gigabyte western digital on amazon for 60 dollars. Blue edition. I use it for my PC, it works very well.
