I was in a game earlier, and while I was in it, a few people in the game were turning bright blue, and looked staticy, (if you know what I mean). Confused on why, it hasn't happened in any other games afterwards, at the time I thought it was my graphics card but it isn't doing it anymore. Curious on why it was? |

No... I know the difference, everything on them turned blue hats included. And it was staticky blue. Like black and blue together. |

There's probably a script in the game that, after a certain amount of time, everything on a certain person turns into a certain color.
With Scripts, you can make anything. |

Try to get a new Color Cartridge, not the printer kinds, its technical.

Maybe there is a script error in the game, causing it to make the players turn blue and staticy? |
