The new Season 5 Rulebook for the NBAR!
------The Wall------
There will be no advertising on the wall.
No flame wars.
No complaining about biased refs or anything for that matter.
[BoD's Only] If you are to shout over me, post the previous post on the wall so other people can still see it. Do not shout anything other then schedules, games, or meetings.
Other then that, all in all just use common sense.
------Rosters------
Every team starts with 70 million dollars to spend on player contracts.
Money CAN be traded for players, draft picks, ect.
The minimum of a player's salary will be 6 million dollars.
In-active team owners that do not show up to or do anything for their team at all will be kicked off and will be replaced by either someone on the team that is active, or someone that wants the team that is active.
------In-Game------
There will be one person controlling the scoreboard, and there will be at least 1 referee to be in charge of the game.
There will be at least 1 commentator from the New NBAR Media, and they will post on wall what is happening and interview.
Each quarter is 10 minutes, there will be 4 quarters.
Inbound press is allowed after OOBs only.
Press will not be allowed, and if the defender DOES press, it'll be called as a foul.
If a defender hops on the player handling the ball, it will be a reach in foul.
After 4 fouls are called, the team getting fouled will be in the bonus. After the 5th foul, the person who was fouled gets to shoot 2 free throws.
Once a player gets 5 fouls, there will be an ejection.
Technical Fouls can be called in-game during Timeouts, halftime, quarter breaks, on the bench, and on the coaches. If you have 2 Technical Fouls, you will be ejected.
------Suspension Guidelines------
Complaining on wall-1 warning [2 warnings and a 1 game suspensions]
Arguments on wall-1 game suspension
Advertising on wall-1 game suspension
Getting Ejected over Technical Fouls-2 game suspension
Cheating in games (I.E FPS Throttling)- Suspended for whole season
Having alternate accounts on DIFFERENT teams-Suspended for whole season
