[Background Story]

Yesterday, Monday 3/11/14, TCI faced two invasion forces, both of which was the one same clan leading the way. The Dark Warriors! yesterday made the first acts of war.
This first invasion was led by TCI Defect, EmperorDOGE11 who was exiled from TCI Nighthawks, to later leave because according to him “he was facing mistreatment as a member”, when in reality he was upset that he wasn’t getting easy promotions (he was constantly complaining in TCIs Chatroom that he was getting jipped promotions, and even stated at one point that he deserved a promotion he had not earned). He interrupted a TCI training to say that his clan was raiding. I personally saw no threat, I expected maybe five or six people, so I told TCI to remain training as I took two Nighthawks with me to check out the base. When I got there, I told TCI that Eagle was under siege, as EmperorDOGE11 had brought nearly twenty TDW! with him. Within five minutes of the shout, 25 TCI, 14 TCE, and 5 FEAR members were inside or Pending for the Primary Server, while a second server with four TCE also went up.
At first I was impressed, as at one point, Eagle had 75 people at in in two-servers in an even match in size in the battle, but inside, it was rather sad. We didn’t get a screenshot, but here were some of the top five scores of both sides:

TCI not only was able to set up a front line at the base, but we successfully held it, while also establishing a secondary line just in case. As the worst TCI score came from the only Guardian there who went 7-3 (was apart of the Secondary Line). TDW! all together only got 91 in the entire raid. Compared to TCIs 400+. While TDW! also never got the terminal.
The second attack was different, once again led by EmperorDOGE11 this invasion involved IE and TDW!, getting 27 raiders against 7 TCI. In the end, TCI still won as IE and TDW! retreated before the timer even hit 400.
Finally, we go to the second invasion, third attack. 49 Raiders overall from IE, TDW!, and an attempted FEAR, 8 TCI, in two servers. This one, I had said enough is enough. At exactly 293 timer seconds and held by TCI, as I was finally able to enter the server. I gave EmperorDOGE11 this message (as this was his third led assault):
“This is your third engagement in nearly five hours, you are not creating an act of war against TCI while claiming that you are raiding for practice. You choose Eagle not at random, but as a clear target, and wait for no TCI to be in the server. For that, you are not allowed to engage here until war is declared and the leader of TDW! contacts me.”
And I banned the raiding team. No AA was claimed because EmperorDOGE11 was of course claiming a practice raid and claiming AA would mean claiming war. Once again, no TCI member had a negative KDR, as the worst TCI KDR was 11-10.

[Declaration]

On this Declaration TCI is giving The Dark Warriors! a chance to declare war. If no war is declared, yet they still try and raid Eagle while increasing invasion sizes, TCI can and will add TDW! to a group-ban list to ensure that no more “practice raids” of those sizes can take place, and will not remove them until war is actually declared.
If TDW refuses to accept their hostile acts, then I suggest that EmperorDOGE11 is removed his position of authority, as that it seems he is using said position to try and destroy anyone that in his eyes did him wrong.

Like, really, why would I remove such a loyal HR from his position for launching a raid on a terribad clan?
And I never authorized raids on TCI, he did, so, whatever.
Call your hostilities, we don't accept wars from a clan that spawns next to their terminal, if you think our base is unfair? LOL come and check it out right now, 15+ TDW there and some allies.

We NEVER lost a raid at our base during the "Coalition war", Only Shadow Syndicate raided us at our base and they lost, and Yes I admit I sent you an ally request, you had a huge mouth for a small clan, and you still do now, and we never backed out, TIA was destroyed internally. |

Neither at Eagle nor at Vexalar, does TCI spawn next to the Terminal.
If you wish to claim we do, you can come view it for yourself, and during wars we make a change to the wall that makes it so we cannot hop over it.
Instead of making assumptions, you should come view what I'm talking about.

I could say this I think Waring is good but Im just Hr but would boost the activeness between both clans not that TDW need it but would be challenge as our current enemys bad I think we should accept but if we do we have do fair War terms that suit both groups for 1 No VIP |

Oh you are talking about the raid on RNW, yes you won that, good job, but you had nothing to do with it, it was all RNW and Unstable defending, they had a pre 12 member defense before we came, so it was a little obvious they would win it.
But despite that, we never surrendered. |

HAU is in an endurance war with UCR that is expected to last two more months.
Your current wars, you've already claimed is not gonna last long.
And finally, all those clans experienced nothing, as they all sucked. They never won at our base because they never got past the first obby, and your soldiers did the exact same.
What you are doing, is trying to reject a war because you know that TCI is an actually challenge. I am not saying we will won, but I am saying that we will actually become a challenge too you. And as far as I'm aware, looking through your defeated list and through current wars, TDW has never fought an actual clan, nothing but cheap victories.
