Use decals for website background

You would have an option in have a decal displayed instead of useless boring white background that roblox added around a year ago. It would only show up on your screen and would still be moderated because it's a decal. Support? I think it's a good idea. -EPICBORN1337 EAT CHESE-

Support @Rocky I think it's a safe guess it will be allowed to be changed in the account page.

Then the OBC background will show up over everyone's custom background because they are so "dominant". Some OBC'ers don't like the OBC background and might want to use their own. -EPICBORN1337 EAT CHESE-
