I would like you to know what I think about the current High ranks we got.
I'll rate them from 1 to 10.
[HR] Luminary
- iForeverThought: 4 (Disturbing eachother's training's too much)
- Nightfurry13: 6 (Pretty active, training need to be stricter)
- Twigry: 2 (About to get demoted)
- TacticalAcid: 4 (Attending to all BWE-VE Joint-trainings, but try to host trainings for VE only)
- OrphanBlack: 6 (Good HR, it's time for you to host more events)
- TheManyLegends: 6 (Hosting enough trainings, the discipline could be better)
- ForeverObito: 7 (Good training, I'm happy to see that you've changed)
- LionBaita: 8 (Really active, good trainings for BWE + VE)
- iCrystalization: 2 (Really inactive, chance to get demoted)
- Cherrypop67633: 5 (LOL'ing too much, using no grammar at all)
- UrbTelamon: 7 (Great trainings, keep up the good work!)
- Exocreed32: 6 (Went a little inactive, will be demoted if this continues)
- n0oT0uch3y: 6 (Not really hosting events, but attends to other trainings)
- Forevercookie2: 7-8 (Great HR, most of the LR's respect you, so do I. Good work buddy)
- Billybobjoe247: 1 (Nothing to say, you had some issues so not getting demoted)
- JamesGonzales: 5 (Big chance being demoted due to all the complains about you
- UnknownQualitiez: 7 (You were really active, don't go inactive buddy)
- DerpyUnibrowSweg: 6 (I haven't really seen your trainings, sorry)
- InAeternum: 6 (Not bad, not good)
- CursedValkyrie: 5 (Went too inactive, also got many complains about you. Chance on getting demoted)
- Starhorse99: 7 (Good trainings, you've been in VE since the FIRST day, and worked 3 months to get Luminary, thank you for that)
[HR] Council
- Kyle8388: 5 (Not hosting any events, not really doing his job, being too immature at trainings, chance to get demoted)
- Luviel: 8 (Really active, always in uniform at any VE place, good trainings, just needs to be a little stricter)
- zDjJohnz: 4 (Went too inactive, you used to be one of the most active HR's)
- CondemnedRegrets: 9 (Uber active, attending to alot of events, hosting lots of trainings, continue this good work!)
- FLAME5126: 9 (Really active, always in uniform, never inactive, just like CondemnedRegrets)
- Omnisight: 8 (Alot of trainings, keeping VE active in mornings, good job!)
[HC] Overseer
- Zaktu: 6 (You know why)
- Accoustique: 7 (Active, hosting enough events, etc)
[HC] Warlord
iiMiaa: 5 (Not really doing your job, going immature sometimes, also you have no uniform really often)
Seakiller10 (Can't really rate you)
This is what I think about all of you. Now I'll like you to say what you think about our HR's.
Just copy and paste the names, then rate them, also explain why you give that number.
Some might get demoted, some promoted. I'll talk with the 2iC about it.

I have school trip
It is nextweek monday to Frieday..

I do not mind the ranks higher than me. But many of the Luminaries are too many, and a select few are inactive. In my opinion, those should be demoted and the Guardians who are actually active should take their place. If they're qualified.
I will host a training very soon. |
