In many video games, there are only two options for your character's gen.der. Male, or female. One or the other.
In real life, such matters are not so simple, which can become frustrating to individuals who, not fitting cleanly into "one or the other", want to take a third option. Roblox claims to be a welcoming place to LGBTQ individuals and people of all gen.ders. Let's take this one step further and create a third choice, "Other", for the gen.der selection in the Account Options. That way, everyone can truly fit in. |

I would like to correct you on that point. The "T" in LGBTQ stands for "Transgen.der". This is an umbrella term for all individuals who do not identify as either Male or Female. I would ask that you do some research on the subject before you proceed to attack it. |

@Jamkid: I would correct you again. Transe.xual refers to those who were born as one gender but identify as the opposite and with to live as such. Transgen.ders include such. You're confusing terms, and that's understandable. They're similarly worded, but are different things.
@0rka: It would be very helpful. Are you aware of how many times people have checked my profile for my "real gen.der", when I've told them repeatedly that I am neither male nor female? |

even though the name of it has gender in there it is not a gender itself
its an orientation
meaning when given a choice between gender in a game they would choose the one they chose to live as i.e a male or female |

I'm pretty sure you're the one confusing terms here
An orientation is a person's basic attitude, beliefs, or feelings in relation to a particular subject or issue.
A gender is the state of being male or female or both (The both being a A herma not transgender). |

OP is this like really needed? Never has roblox openly said they support LBGT community anyway, they've just never really banned them for obvious reasons. I've seen no other MMO or just simple game that had a Tran Gender option. OP needs to get off your high throne, no one else does it, it's not like Roblox is going against it while all these other games are doing it. |

No Support... I have nothing against LGBQT, but I don't feel this is needed. Even though some people believe they were born the wrong gender, they still have one. The only purpose genders serve on ROBLOX is what hats you start with, and if you're a girl you start with a girl torso. |
