Reboot your computer. The plugin sometimes to reload after it installs.

Im having the same problem. Im trying to fix it myself. I've re installed the game, doesnt work. Rebooting doesnt do anything either.

Same... Anyone else windows 8? Roblox doesn't have compatibility for us right now.. we have to use W7 compatibility.... I'm lucky when it works...

Clear cookies and cache and try again? I'm just guessing this might help but try it.

I've cleared every temp internet file there can possibly be... cache.. cookies.. ;n; I re-re-re-re-re-re-re-installed it many times... I am in Desktop mode like W8 should be... I meet every need Roblox lists to run it... It's not my computer..

I think its a problem with Windows 8, not Roblox; or maybe its just the plugin.

Yeah - its certainly windows 8. I just played Roblox on windows 7, so I think it's just not compatible?

Delete all the Roblox Player Launchers from your Downloads, Delete cookies and cache, Restart computer, Redownload Roblox. No idea if this will work but try. o.o

If its Google chrome see if the Plug-In is activated now follow these steps 1.-Open Google Chrome and write chrome://plugins press enter 2.-Now there gonna be a list of all the Plugins you have look for Roblox PLayer Launcher 3.-Now if you find Roblox Player Launcher plugins see if it is activated or not if its not then click a button that says enable and then "Always Allow" Sorry about my english im southamerican :)
