I don't understand the logic of some groups

Why would you run a totally, irrelevant clan ad for your group. What I mean is, why run another group's ad, making it blatantly obvious that it's not related to your group, for your own. http://www.roblox.com/groups/group.aspx?gid=741645 This group is running my "We Came in Like a Wrecking Ball" ad.
