Remove person from commenting(owner feature)

I notice a lot of people harassing,spamming and entirely starting arguments, so I believe it should be appropriate if you allow the owner to be able to remove messages or remove that person from being able to comment on that game entirely. I believe removing the comment section because of people shouldn't happen and this will help prevent it, can help stop spam and negative comments.
