Why Doesn't this work?

I can't remember the pass to an alt I have, and it was a really great alt. So, I typed in the username, and sent a reminder to my emaiI. Only when I checked my emaiI, the reminder wasn't there! So, I went back to Roblox, and typed in my emaiI instead of the account name. No surprise there! I found the emaiI in my inbox, with a list of all the usernames I used for that emaiI. And in there, was the username of the alt! Someone please help.
