Basically the same problem everyone has been having. I switched browers to play ROBLOX, but the game for ROBLOX won't even pop up. I opened up my security and turned it off and allowed ROBLOX through my firewall as well. I don't know what else I could do. And it always says "Sorry, ROBLOX cannot launch" or something similar to that.

If you are using a public library CPU it might have a firewall agents it, if so ask someone to turn it off It also may be parental controls, Video Card, or maybe you just dont have a good enough cumputer to run it.
