Fix the Tribal Spear gear.

It's been broken for quite some time now, if I'm correct, it used to be able to jab and throw. Of course I won't be able to get it either way, but this is so others can enjoy it.

I support the idea of them fixing the numerous gears that have broken with updates, not just the spear.
