I rather you Pm him for me ok? Anyway double check your trying to download Roblox for the actual Roblox website. 2 Make sure theirs no firewalls blocking roblox form getting downloaded sometimes their firewalls. 3 Make sure theirs no virus preventing sometimes viruses could really jack up your computer. What system does he use can you give more details? |

I can log on. I am pretty sure I'm downloading from the website, (www.roblox.com/download). By system data do you mean specs?

Yeah your not downloading it form the website :I Try to go in game a download window should pop up same thing for IOS or you could go to the app store. |
