Windows 7: Press the ^ button at the bottom right of the screen, double click speakers icon, then press "Mixer" and look for ROBLOX, then just lower it. I don't know how to do this for Mac or Linux.

Again, Roblox has many computer-noobs so i'm guessing anyone who mentions a volume mixer can support? there's no downside to this
