So there's this 2007 account, right? 20k+ value in limiteds, too. We lost the keyword. It got changed by someone yesterday. Email got changed. Me and the guy set the email of the account to one, and now when I try to retreive the keyword from it, we're getting the landing page- which means it was changed. It's pretty important because it used to be his brother's account. Anything other than email ROBLOX? And should we put an IP address sample for proof...or how should we prove it? We can give the past keywords too. Sucks.

The people at [email protected] are the only staff members on ROBLOX trained to handle account issues. They're the only ones you can talk to about this problem.
