[Animation Plugin] Animating a custom model?

I'm reading up on the animation tool, specifically how to animate a custom model. The wiki isn't too descriptive(http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Animations) But my attempts have been, unsuccessful. If anyone can give me some help, it would be very appreciated. (Also, I have tried Google, but it is impossible due to the limitless amounts of user-made animation tools)

It is imperative I figure this out. If it helps, I have found my problem. Motor6Ds.... I need to figure out how to designate parts for it.
