Lag so bad I can't play

Today I could not play any ROBLOX games because for some reason I join the game and the lag is so bad I can't move, I am currently on a mac and ROBLOX worked well yesterday and my connection is great. I tried to clear my drive from any unnecessary stuff and it did not work. Is this a glitch after the chat broke yesterday? And also I re-instaled ROBLOX and it did not work. What should I do?
