I am in this group, and my friend was the leader, and of course he had BC. He then quit, and handed the group to me and left the group, but I don't have BC. So it went wrong and it said that the group owner was "No One", and one other person in the group claimed it because he had BC. My friend decided not to quit after a long time, and wanted the group back. (>.>) The problem is, my friend doesn't have BC anymore. The owner said he was going to give back the group,(but he still hasn't) and he was inactive A LOT. I was wondering if my friend would be allowed to get the group back if he doesn't have BC.
